About CFCC
The CFCC was formed in July 2005 as the result of an initiative launched by Governor Owens through the Office of Energy Management and Conservation (OEMC). OEMC put up two-thirds of the funding to establish the CFCC and the partners have contributed the remaining one-third. Daily operation of the CFCC is managed by the GTI under contract to OEMC and under the guidance of an Advisory Board
