We are working on using metal oxides as catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Fast efficient catalysis of the ORR remains one of the biggest challenges to improved fuel cell performance. So far we have achieved several 100 mA cm-2 with extremely low loadings of catalyst.
