In May of 2008, Prof. Neal Sullivan of the Engineering Division was awarded the CSM Faculty Teaching Award. The purpose of the award is to recognize superior teaching at the undergraduate level over a period of several years. Up to two Alumni Teaching Awards can be given each year: one to a tenured or tenure-track faculty member and one to a non-tenure track or adjunct faculty member. The award consists of a plaque and a check for $2,500.
